Job Summary:
Requirements: Current license in the State of Oregon as a Registered Pharmacist. Evidence of ongoing education. Philosophy consistent with the mission and values of the Company. Ability to present a professional image to patients, family members, physicians. Ability to handle information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Ability to cope with high levels of responsibility in a positive, constructive, and calm manner. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to plan, organize, manage, and prioritize a busy workload.
Job Duties: The Pharmacist is responsible for safe and effective medication management of all patients, the efficient operation of the Pharmacy Department, and the continued compliance with all JCAHO standard.
