| Job Summary: |
Requirements: Current LPN or RN license to practice in the State of Oregon. Have or able to obtain a CPR card with in 30 days of hire. Pass background check and drug screen. Have verifiable work references, resume or work history to apply.
Job Duties: Direct care of patients in a long term care facility. Will handle all phases of care, including but not limited to administering medications, personal needs, transfers, and other duties as needed.
Hours: On Call: Stand - By for any shift, be available for flexible hours.
Pay: Depending on skills and experience.
