[ List of All Offices with Phone Numbers ] Job Summary:  REQUIREMENTS: * 18 months experience as a Food and Beverage Server * Valid Food Handler's Card * 18 years of age or older PREFERRED: * Valid OLCC Service Permit JOB DUTIES: * Receive and document food service orders * Knowledge and use of kitchen equipment including but not limited to: ovens, slicers, mixers, steam tables, toasters, coffee pots, refrigerators and freezers * Prepare food and have a knowledge of health and safety regulations for food preperation * Present a professional demeaner that communicates a corporate philosophy of service, goodwill and genuine interest in each elderly resident * Lift items that weigh 50 pounds, frequent standing, walking, twisting, bending, extending and reaching for periods of up to eight hours HOURS: * Days and hours to be determined by the employer * Available to work weekends and holidays EMPLOYER COMMENTS: * Employer conducts a drug test and a background check Job Classification:  Food Preparation and Serving Workers, All Other Access our statewide or regional occupation report for more information about wages, employment outlooks, skills, training programs, related occupations, and more.
