Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in the building maintenance, construction or related repair field to include experience with HVAC installation and repair, preventive maintenance, restaurant type refrigeration and restaurant kitchen equipment repair, electrical diagnostics, repair and troubleshooting. May substitute experience for education if the experience is in one of the following fields: carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance or equipment repair. Valid driver license with employer to verify the driving record. Ability to obtain certificates or licenses for specialty trades. Basic computer skills. Read and comprehend written instructions, handle multiple priorities and tasks and have excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills. Pass a background check, credit check and drug screen to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
Job Duties: Perform technical and non - technical routine maintenance duties on a wide variety of building and facility equipment fixture and systems. Repair a variety of equipment, machines and systems that include heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical items used in the daily operation of the property. Perform the installation of new equipment and parts as necessary. Update maintenance and repair records as appropriate. Review maintenance requests, identify, recommend and implement optimum solutions. Perform preventative maintenance inspections and preventative maintenance service. Complete work, which complies with regulatory codes under general supervision. Ensure that the premises are clean and orderly at all times. May also include some responsibilities for ground maintenance.
Hours: Full time schedule to be arranged by the employer.
Pay: Depending on skills and experience.
