REQUIREMENTS:
* Class A CDL
* Minimum age 21 to drive interstate
* Minimum 6 mos tractor trailer over the road driving experience (long or line haul) or at least 18 months of local tractor trailer driving experience
* Stable work history
* Good driving record with no more than 2 tickets in the last 3 years
* Pass employer background and DMV record checks; drug test and physical
* Available to work required work hours and days
* Good customer service skills

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
* Haz Mat Endorsement
* Long haul, sleeper van driving experience
* Trip planning experience

JOB DUTIES:
* Operate Class A tractor-trailer vehicles to customer destinations throughout western United States, i.e. Oregon; Washington; Idaho; Montana; Wyoming; Colorado; Utah and some run into Canada
* Apply knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skills
* Inspect trucks and trailers for defects before, during and after each trip
* Submit reports indicating equipment condition
* Maintain driver hours of service log according to DOT regulations
* Maintain radio, satellite, or telephone communication with manager to receive or acknowledge delivery instructions
* May load or unload cargo
* May transport loads into Canada

WORK HOURS AND DAYS:
* Positions currently available are either home weekly or out for 14 days with 2 days home
