Requirements:
*Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
*Pass criminal history, DMV records check, and possible drug screening.
*Maintain confidentiality.
*Prefer teaching experience, experience with children, and experience with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
*Be available weekends and some holidays.
*Demonstrated computer skills preferred.

Job duties:
*Work with teenager with physical disability.
*Lift / move person weighing up to ninety (90) pounds on regular basis.
*Perform some teaching activities under direction of supervisor.
*Monitor and meet personal care needs such as eating, drinking, diapering, bathing, skin care, clothing, teeth brushing, etc.
*Facilitate communication, learning, and recreation goals as instructed.
*Assist with homemaking needs, especially those directly related to the child.
*Safely perform stretches and exercises, as trained and specifically authorized.
*Some flexibility in scheduling is required.
Hours:
*One, possibly two positions.
*Schedule negotiable. Currently part time, potential for full time.
*Approximately twelve (12) to twenty-five (25) hours per week typically between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on school days. Hours on non-school days (weekends and holidays) may be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
*Occasional overnights possible.
