Requirements: Graduation from an accredited school of medicine with an MD degree or DO. Completion of an approved residency program in psychiatry. Completion of fellowship in child psychiatry. Board certification as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. Three years clinical psychiatric experience. Valid Oregon driver's license required due to the potential need to drive vehicles, or perform duties of position. Possession of a Drug Enforcement Agency number at time of appointment. NPI number at time of appointment.

Job Duties: Provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan development. Manage medication of various psychiatric disorders. Order and review laboratory tests as appropriate. Consult with treatment team and allied providers. See employer website for additional job duties.
Hours: Full - time; 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
