Requirements: Li censure as Registered Pharmacist by Oregon State Board of Pharmacy and a Graduate from an accredited school of Pharmacy. Two years acute care hospital experience and two years management experience. Employer is willing to train the candidate with right background and aptitude. Have strong leadership and administrative skills, computer skills and strong interpersonal skills to interface with clinical personnel, physicians, medical staff and the ability to interact well with the public.
Job Duties: Responsible for the functioning of the Pharmacy Department including processes, clinical programs, regulatory compliance, staffing and policies. The Pharmacy Manager assumes the duties of the Director in the Director's absence. This position also facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective drug therapies. This position also performs the duty of a Staff Pharmacist when necessary.
Hours: Full time, day shift.
Pay: Depending on skills and experience.
