* Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Sociology or other behavior science
PREFERRED:
* A recent internship or experience with similar clients
JOB DUTIES:
* Responsible for the safety and security of 67 clients; emotionally and behaviorally disturbed boys ages 11 to 17 years of age
* Make quick, authoritative decisions based on standards and protocols within our environment
* Provide consistent leadership and quality guidance to the clients
HOURS:
* 2:45 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. includes weekends
