Requirements: Associates Degree. Minimum five years of experience in a collections environment, which includes. Knowledge of Federal, State and local regulations pertaining to real estate collections, foreclosure and bankruptcy practices and laws. Experience to include spreadsheet, e - mail and database software.
Employer Preference: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred, or a combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to satisfactorily perform the essential job functions. Understanding of the mortgage payment processing system desired.
Employer Notes: Knowledge of preventative, productive and remedial financial counseling. Pass pre - employment background check.
Job Duties: Manage completion of all processes related to mortgage collections in various states, ensuring foreclosure timeline compliance and problem resolution.
Days and Hours: Days and hours to be arranged by employer.
