Job Summary:  Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Pharmacy, plus successful completion of working pharmacy internship and passing of appropriate state board exam; or the equivalent combination of education and experience; familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes; and ability to pass drug test and background check.

Minimum 21 yrs of age
Ability to work evenings and weekends on a regular basis
Commitment to providing Customer service that makes both internal and external Customers feel welcome, important and appreciated
Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency
Ability to travel on occasion (need drivers license)
Ability to preserved confidentiality
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Ability to work within set time frames and fixed deadlines
Ability and willingness to continue education as necessary

Certificates, License, Registrations:
Valid drivers license
CPR/First Aid certification
Current State Board Pharmacy License from Oregon

Primary Purpose:
To compound and dispense prescribed medications, drugs, and other pharmaceuticals for patient care, according to professional standards and state and federal legal requirements.

Essential functions:
Provide Customer service; review prescriptions issued by physicians to assure accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients needed; and verifies work of pharmacy assistants.
