Job Summary:  Title: CS Programs Planner
Location: USA-Oregon, Hillsboro
In this position, you will be responsible for Tactical Planning and small project management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving campus and site-wide space analysis and space optimization solutions for our business customers (growth assessment and/or positioning plans)
- Drive and support site-wide work environment improvement programs and projects
- Serve as a Planning Consultant to local business unit managers and project/program managers
- Perform space inventory and headcount collection in support of Tactical Projects
- Develop and implement campus and building tactical space plans
- Facilitate space negotiations between business unit occupants
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of building projects
- Serving as the single-point-of-contact for customer space representatives in assigned campuses and/or buildings
This is a 2010 Recent College Graduate position.
You must possess a minimum 3.5 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) Bachelor degree.
Required: The following minimum experience obtained through relevant job/internship experience(s).
Strong aptitude for office applications and ability to learn quickly
-1 yr. in Microsoft Office* suite as well as ability to use visualization applications such as Auto-CAD
-1 yr. performing space data analysis and manipulation using Microsoft Excel*
-1yr application of sound engineering principles
Unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
Desirable:
- Highly proficient in turning large quantities of data into actionable information
- Good communications skill (verbal & written)
- Good interpersonal skills and strong influencing skills
- Build and maintain business relationships
- Ability to work with business groups to understand business problem and apply solutions.
- Solid negotiation skills a plus
