Job Summary:  REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor Degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development or equivalent experience
* Understanding of Human Resources policies and procedures as they relate to hiring, discrimination, and sexual harassment concerns
* 5 years experience in some of the following: training adult learners, delivering organizational development interventions, group facilitation, instructional design, computer-based training, and/or distance learning
* Knowledge of business practices, the health care industry, and the company's direction and operations; Leadership principles and tools, technology tools, and career development concepts
* Familiarity with Adult Learning Techniques
* Familiarity with Audio-visual equipment operation
* Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

PREFERRED:
* Proficiency with PC tools and Windows Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes

JOB DUTIES:
* Develop, coordinate, present, and evaluate educational opportunities, consultation services, and special project support to aid in improving organizational effectiveness by aligning individual, department and corporate competencies with corporate strategies (this includes employee skill enhancement, management development, team building services and an overall corporate focus on continuous process improvement and teamwork)
* Act as a senior member of the Organizational Development team that provides opportunities for employees of all levels to maintain aor upgrade their professional and technical skills and performance
* Design surveys and conduct research
* Assess educational needs, curriculum, create lesson plans using appropriate adult learning methods
* Speak professionally before groups
* Influence and motivate employees to change or adopt new, more efficient or effective behaviors
* Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with diverse employee populations
* Monitor, evaluate and report the effectiveness of interventions and training
