Job Summary:  REQUIREMENTS: * 18 years or older * Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field * Valid driver license * 2 years experience as a Computer and Information Systems Manager * Experience conducting adult level training * Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, email, Outlook and database software * Experience with HTML, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET. SQL * Understanding of data security procedures * Pass pre-employment background check JOB DUTIES: * Drive to client sites to provide remote or on site technical support to city and regional emergency operation centers * Work with HTML/Java Script for implementation of each jurisdiction's process * Provide telephone and email support to each jurisdiction * Verify bugs reported by customers and report to technical support * Submit product enhancements as suggested by the customers to technical support * Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, Microsoft IIS and Microsoft SQL issues * Design and implement new features for each jurisdictions' process * Design and implement new processes as requested by customers * Take responsibility for multiple tasks for multiple projects simultaneously * Provide WebEOC administrator and end-user level training * Other tasks and responsibilities, as assigned by supervisor EMPLOYER COMMENTS: Company currently seeks a Regional WebEOC Administrator to support the Portland Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) and will be responsible for the continued process development and programming required to support three licenses and six jurisdictions in the Portland UASI region.
