Job Summary:
Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Strong telephone etiquette and good organizational skills.
Computer skills to include email, Internet, word processing and spreadsheets.
Valid driver license to assist with deliveries and conduct field visits (collections) and good driving skills (employer to approve driving record).
Neatly groomed appearance to meet with the public (Abide by dress code: men; tie and slacks, women; skirt, dress or slacks. No visible tattoos or facial piercing.).
Pass drug test, criminal background investigation and D.O.T. physical.
Job Duties:
Acquire and maintain customers.
Assist mono-lingual Spanish speaking customers
Direct immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s).
Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefit of timely lease agreements renewal payments.
Clean and certify merchandise in the Certification Zone for items returned.
Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily.
Document all customer promises and update customer information in the store computer system.
Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed by General Manager. Move and load / unload truck: up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 300 pound furniture and appliances using a dolly, lift and truck ramp.
Perform responsibilities of the Customer Accounts Manager when directed.
Safely operate company vehicle.
Maintain updated customer information.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
Days and Hours: 45 hours per week Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.
Salary: $11.00 to $13.00 per hour, based on education and experience.
Language skill requirement or preference: Assist mono-lingual Spanish speaking customers.
