Job Summary:
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field (Bachelor degree may be substituted by sufficient years of experience in the health care industry)
* 3 years experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design or configuration and/or acceptance testing
* Expertise in system support and maintenance
* Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
JOB DUTIES:
* Work with business customers to understand, document and design business and technical solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
* Provide support to the business community by maintaining and enhancing systems through collaboration with Information Technology division as needed.
* Work closely with the business customers, lead work efforts to examine existing business models and flow of data to define problem areas and make suggestions for improvement
* Provide leadership in requirements analysis, functional design, quality assurance, and implementation activities
