Job Summary:
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree in business, statistics, computer science, or accounting / finance
* 5 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, process analysis, or similar position
* Completion of 5 transactional-related projects
* Technical competency in change management and quality methodologies such as DMAIC, Lean, TQM, Workout
* Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
* Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
PREFERRED:
* Certification in Six Sigma / Lean or equivalent
JOB DUTIES:
* Work closely with various business customers to identify current organizational processes
* Recommend improvements
* Assess the impact of proposed process improvements
* Develop work products and tools to support these initiatives, facilitate process improvement activities and conduct formal process training
