Requirements:
*Graduate of an Occupational therapy accredited curriculum.
*Licensed in the state of Oregon.
*Preferably two years experience in occupational therapy.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Duties:
*Treat patients who have been referred to occupational therapist by physician. Maintain occupational therapy equipment.
* Instruct families in the home discharge program, and participate in in-service education.
*Present a cheerful and pleasant disposition
Hours: On-call position, hours will vary
