Requirements: Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred. State Occupational Therapist License. One year of prior experience preferred or experience via educational program. Excellent interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills. Knowledge of various types of office equipment including a computer, telephone, fax, printer and copy machine. BLS Certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Duties: Teach patients skills / techniques and how to use adaptive equipment for participating in activities. Study, evaluate, and record patients' activities and progress. Responsibilities may include the following indirect patient care activities: Documentation pf patient records. Physician contact, including attendance at rounds. Family training. Interaction with the Interdisciplinary team.
Hours: 1 full time and 1 Casual part time positions, Days with rotating weekends, schedule to be arranged by the employer.
Pay: $33.65 - $43.98 depending on skills and experience.
