Job Summary:  Requirements: Resume to be e-mailed to employer, a valid driver's license to drive company vans to various work sites.

Employer Notes: Now hiring highly motivated satellite field technicians to work for a regional satellite provider of Dish Network.
* Employee will be expected to perform various physical duties as part of the job.
* Lift 75 pounds of equipment, work with general hand tools and ladders.
* Handle multiple projects and meet required time lines. Read street maps, and use good math skills and analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Organizational skills, handle multiple projects and meet timelines as required. Knowledge of FSS1 and the ability to ground to NEC Specifications ( which tech receives upon training ), required.

Job Duties:
* Install basic cable lines, Satellite dish systems and equipment.
* Ensure all work completed meets all FCC and NEC requirements and company specifications.
* Clean, maintain and stock vehicle and equipment in order to be prepared to perform required duties. Complete associated paperwork with each work order in a timely manner in order to ensure all details of the work are recorded for entry in the customer's account once the work is checked in.
* Properly operate and maintain installation tools and equipment.
* Report need for vehicle repair or service when required and/or prescribed.
* Perform other duties as requested by supervisor in order to achieve departmental goals and objectives using general hand tools such as crimpers, nut drivers, cutters, pliers, hammers, screwdrivers, wire cutters, power drills, wrenches, shovels, picks, electronic signal metering equipment and ladders.
* Working Conditions:
* Subject to inside and outside environmental conditions.
* Exposure to heat and occasional rainy conditions.
* Potential exposure to low voltage, working in high places, poorly ventilated areas, extreme physical activity.
* Evening, weekend, and overtime hours may be required.
* Work on framed and finished houses, attics and other unyielding areas.
* Machine / equipment tools will be used.
