| Job Summary: |
Requirements: Associate's degree in nursing. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Oregon state license as a registered nurse. One to two years nursing and administrative experience. Bachelor's degree in nursing with three or more years nursing and administrative experience preferred.
Job Duties: Serve as a first line supervisor on evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Serve as a clinic liaison to the MBO human resources department. Review and address all patient complaints relating to the activities of all departments under direct supervision. Assist with preparation of departmental budgets and reviews. Evaluate and enforce all policies and procedures related to business office operations. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Hours: Vary. PRN. Primarily evening shift, alternate weekends. May be required to work nights or days.
