Three years experience as a Farm / Nursery Manager. Must be Bilingual English / Spanish.
Duties:
Nursery / Farm Foreman.
Manage shipping and inventory of nursery plants.
Use equipment - such as tractors, skid steers, and forklift, etc.
Mix and load soil.
Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure. Fast paced.
Manage a crew of workers.
Language skill requirement or preference: Must be bilingual (to interpret from English speaking owners to Spanish speaking employees)
