Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
* Minimum of 2 years experience required in an area of new product development or
business management.
* Understand customer's needs and execute VOC.
* Understand Product and Application technology.
* Personal time management.
* Manage multiple tasks.
* Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, word, and word processing software.
* Product financial analysis, including product pricing, product
costs, gross margin, inventory value, and inventory turns.
* Financial valuation techniques, including, NPV, ROI, and payback.
* Classical marketing, including 4Ps, marketing mix, product
WOWs demand creation plans.
* Personal and project team time management.
Job Duties:
*Manages systems inputs to support business unit, including pricing management, product
Set-up and management of product quality reports.
* Maintains responsibility for assigned products and revenue in whole and by product line,
Pricing and margin.
* Tracks and maintains competitive analysis and intelligence.
* Tracks and responds to product quality improvement opportunities.
* Manages product launch and product phase out steps.
* Manages the execution of VOC (market research) plans and demonstrates a commitment
to understanding the customer.
* Performs basic analysis on VOC (market research) results.
* Performs market modeling, for example, number of facilities, price, and units / year to
arrive at an estimated market opportunity.
* Performs analysis of product quality and other data.
* Executes web-site inputs for product support.
* Collaborates with Marketing Department on the development of marketing collateral.
*The primary role of this position is to support the ongoing needs of the business unit.
This includes performing routine business analysis and supportive functions. This
position provides individuals with the opportunity to 'own' responsibility for sustaining
business of specific products within the business unit. The position owns the
identification and delivery of certain New Product Development Projects that tie to the
growth objectives of the business unit.
