| Job Summary: |
Requirements: At least 1 year full menu cooking experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Have or be able to obtain Food Handler card, CPR and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire. Pass drug screen and criminal background check.
Job Duties: Lead cook to prepare menu according to dietary restrictions, order food, prep and prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. Supervise up to 10 people, create schedules, assign duties. Work independently and as part of the team. Assist prep cooks and other duties as needed.
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Schedule to be determined.
Wage: $10.25 per hour to start, including benefit package.
