Job description
IBM's Lender Services group in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Operations Manager to serve as manager for a mortgage servicing operations business. Must have experience with payment processing, collections, loss mitigation and regulatory requirements. Must have spent at least 3 of last 5 years in the mortgage servicing or mortgage collections business.

* Candidate must hold Nevada and/or Tennessee collection licenses.
* Candidate must work in either Beaverton or Salem, Oregon office.
Required
* Basic knowledge in active collections license(s) in the states of Nevada or Tennessee (preferably both)
* At least 3 years experience in mortgage servicing or debt collection
* English: Fluent
Preferred
* Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management
* At least 5 years experience in mortgage servicing or debt collection
* At least 2 years experience in supervision of employees in a mortgage servicing or collections business
* At least 5 years experience in Mortgage Loss Mitigation
* At least 5 years experience in Mortgage Collections
* At least 5 years experience in Mortgage Payment Processing
* At least 5 years experience in Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
* At least 5 years experience in Fair Credit Reporting Act
