Requirements: Resume to apply. Minimum age of 21 to serve alcoholic beverages in a 21 and over establishment. Have or obtain a current Food Handler Card and OLCC Server Permit.
Preferred: National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC). To earn a certificate please contact your local Worksource Oregon office.
Employer Preferences: Experience serving food and alcoholic beverages.
Employer Notes: Employer will conduct pre employment drug testing and criminal history background check which may include fingerprinting. Must receive and maintain a valid non gaming, low, high or professional security license. Indian preference will be observed in the hiring process.
Job Duties: Lift up to 50 pounds of food, beverage, or other serving items on an intermittent basis. Responsible for providing alcohol and non alcoholic beverage service and sales of meals to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of guest service. Monitor guest needs on a continual basis. Possess full knowledge of all food and beverage offerings. Responsible for keeping work areas clean. Stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours at a time while carrying a tray of beverages. Work under pressure, and in a smoke filled environment. Other duties as assigned by employer.
Days and Hours: On call position. Must be available to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and special events when needed. Business is open 7 days per week, 24 hours per day.
