Job Summary:  Attend the Inbound Call Center Hiring Event

REQUIREMENTS:
' A minimum of a high school diploma or GED
' Good typing skills (25+ words per minute)
' Prior customer service experience
' Must pass drug screen and criminal background check

JOB DUTIES:
* Help resolve customer issues
* Answer commonly asked questions and / or offer technical assistance in a call center environment
* Provide customer service for the world's largest consumer electronics company
* Assist customers in learning how to use and troubleshoot the most innovative phones, music players, tablets and computers on the planet

TRAINING: Full Time classroom training, Monday through Friday for three weeks followed by one week of full time on-the-job nesting and guidance. We are looking for people who would have flexibility in their schedules to be able to work varied shifts (determined by our Operations team).
